Dave grew up obsessing over the same cars most of us stuck on our bedroom walls — the fast, the loud, the properly built. Somewhere between racking up laps and filming daily builds for an audience of 455K+ on Instagram and 154K+ on YouTube (@drivadave123), one thing kept coming back around: nobody was looking after these cars the way he wanted his own looked after.
So he opened Unit 13. Not another Jack-of-all-trades garage — a specialist workshop for performance and exotic cars, run by someone who actually drives them. From wrapped daily runners to fully built supercars, every job goes through the same discipline: proper kit, honest advice, no shortcuts.
Most weeks Dave is stood next to the lift himself, filming the process, walking customers through the work, and pushing every finished car to the same standard he'd expect on his own. That's the whole idea of High Performance HQ — a garage built by a driver, for drivers.
